The Purple Majesty Potato!  A true heirloom potato.
 
Sold by the pound.  Our potatoes are expensive, but these are both unique, and require lots and lots of labor to plant, maintain, and harvest (all by hand).
 
There are approximately 8 potatoes per pound (a mix of small-medium size).  We recommend a minumum of 2 lbs per order.
